Our team at AM Insulation is dedicated to achieving and exceeding the highest energy efficiency standards for commercial buildings. Our mechanical insulation services protect and preserve heating/cooling and plumbing systems for our clients, without compromising on safety or quality. We take pride in our commitment to excellence, and we work hand in hand with our clients to ensure that every project is completed with the utmost precision and care. A multi-generational company, AMI is a family, HUB certified female minority company that strives to install mechanical insulation superiorly. Our executive team has over 50 years of combined experience. Each team member has their background of additional qualifications that ensure our company is run like a corporation but stands on the foundation of family-style values. AMI's insulators are hardworking, experienced individuals that take the time to make sure their work is more than acceptable. Like the insulation installed, the service we provide is efficient.

ALLISON FOSTER
President & CEO
As AMI’s Chief Executive Officer, Allison leverages her degree in Supply Chain Management from the Texas Christian University (TCU) along with her extensive experience in estimating to make sure every job is priced fairly and accurately. Allison believes in giving back to the community, and is a past volunteer on Leadership El Paso’s Curriculum and TED-X Planning committees, both of which support the growth and development of our El Paso business community.
RICHARD ARMENDARIZ
Vice President and CFO
He started his career in the business world working with personal finance, but in his last year at UTEP transferred to AMI. Richard loves working with his dad and sister and is proud to be AMI’s youngest executive. “Taking a construction company into the 21st century with the goal of increasing productivity, work ethic and safety has been a fun experience that I strive to live up to every day.”
RICK ARMENDARIZ
Operations Manager
With over 45 years of experience in Mechanical Insulation, Rick has worked on hundreds of projects ranging from strip centers to 50 story high rises, schools to government command centers. He has also given many presentations in Latin America and The Bahamas to share the best practices and messages of professional mechanical insulation applications.
